If you are legally married already, no problems exist.

If not, then I've not found a state yet where that is legal. There are some cases where if you are both teenagers or only a certain number of years apart that it is okay.

You should immediately consult with an attorney in your local area. I'm sorry, but without the state in question, there is no more advice to be gave.

(Also, cease such activities until you are either married, or have had an attorney sign off on this. This most likely illegal, with only a bare possibility of it not being.)

What is a consensual relationship?

A consensual relationship is when both people consent to being in it. For this to happen they must both be over the age of consent, which is the age in your state when it is legal to have sex.A child (that is, someone under-age) can not consent to sex. It is always illegal and the punishments are very strict.

Depends on when you last had intercourse. Semen can linger and be viable a few days after intercourse, and rhythm methods are notoriously unreliable. But pregnancy w/o sex doesn't happen among humans.
