Unfortunately I have been through a pre-trial intervention program that put my
case on a dead docket. The program is a complete farce and waste of tax-payers money. Upon finishing this "program" I was never notified as to the outcome of my case. All I know is I can hire another attny and head down to the DA's office to find out. Given the nature of the government I choose to stay away from any DA's office.

Law enforcement and the courts must be open-minded that we live in a cultural 'melting pot'. Personal prejudice has no place in America's judical system. Multiculturalism within the criminal justice system, helps eliminate biases within the system, helps eliminate perception of biases from the public, and it's more likely that an investigation and prosecution can avoid wasting time by taking an investigation and prosecution in the wrong direction because of biases.
