At least in the USA, a red light does not turn yellow. It turns green. A green light turns yellow, and then the yellow light turns red. IN THAT ORDER.
If you're in the intersection and it is green then turns to yellow/red, it is fine to go. Entering the intersection after it is already yellow is unlawful driving. GA
Yes, if there is no oncoming traffic. If the light turns red while you are still in the intersection, you are liable to receive a red-light ticket, especially if the intersection is one of the many that have a red-light camera.
Making left turns
A yellow light is a caution light. Therefore the person who is making the left turn is entering into traffic and is the one at fault.
A yellow arrow traffic light means that you should yield in the direction you are going. These are often in place when you are turning left.
A flashing yellow arrow light means you may turn left, but you must yield to oncoming traffic and pedestrians.
You can turn left at a red light only if signs specifically permit it. Usually, only right turns are permitted on red when clear.
usually you have 2-3 gallons of gas left
What color is the light and where exactly is it? In the gauge cluster there will be three under the speedometer which are (from left to right) parking brake on (red), check engine (yellow), fasten seatbelts (red). Based on my 89 anyways.
