No, it just triggers an alarm at the police monitoring service.
I'am trying to find out how far I can go on the home guard 200? i heard it was 150ft
Why do you ask................................, but yeah they can.Added: It depends on the type of system in use. If you are wearing a GPS bracelet/anklet they can track you anywhere. If you are using an older type system and you go out of the range of the transmitter, they may not be able to tell where you went but they WILL know that you left your house arrest - which in itself is a violation for which you can be jailed. Don't abuse the privilege!
I BEEN ON HOUSE ARREST FOR 3 MONTHS AND I HAVE A HOME GUARD 200 THE JANK IS WACK AS HELL BUT THEY DON'T KNOW WHERE YOU ARE THEY JUST KNOW THAT YOU ARE OUT OF RANGE IF YOU LEAVE YOUR P.O. WILL COME AND CHECK ON YOU
what was he question that you wanted to know?
If someone is on house arrest for DUI and they fail the breathalizer and they go to jail...Does anyone know if they will be in jail the rest of their sentence ? Do they get a second chance ?
Yes. Some can. Your lawyer will know what kind you have.
Not in the United States. First you have to be charged, which at that point, you obviously know you are being charged. Then, arraigned, where you plead and request bail, which at that point, they may put you under house arrest. But my point is, you have to be charged and then arraigned to be placed under house arrest, so there is no way you would not know of this.
It means the device is on. I know the device is on and fully charged but the power light should be blinking green not red. Why is the power light blinking red when it should be blinking green??
Silly Bandz Soufeel bracelet. You won't know how it is amazing!
When the magnet isn't allowing you to upload and the bracelet isn't vibrating.
If someone is on house arrest on a case that is already decided, how long can the judge keep them on house arrest without sentencing this person. This case has already been decide in June, 2008. Sentencing was supose to be in Early october. The case keeps getting put off because the Da is trying to get on of the co defenders on more charges, because this person took his plea back. Know the other 2 parties are waiting for there plea to go threw. They are just sitting on house arrest and have been know for 2 years.
It will have a hallmark on it somewhere.
"No. Just like your car remote can't accidentally unlock another car in the lot, or your cell-phone won't pick up the conversation of another person, Electronic Monitors will only work with the correct parent unit."The above answer is actually INCORRECT! I KNOW this to be the case because I own and operate a Privately Held, House Arrest Monitoring Company. The CORRECT answer is YES! The modern systems WILL pick-up and properly register the presence of an ankle bracelet NOT assigned to the base unit. However, the system will CORRECTLY identify and register the other bracelet's serial number and identifying frequency and will possibly even identify the other bracelet wearer by name. For example, if a monitored person is court ordered to have no contact with other known convicted parties or pre-trial detainees etc... and let's say the other parties are also wearing an ankle bracelet (yes, even from an different manufacturer) and the other party comes to the first person's house, both monitored parties could be in for some serious trouble... Even if no specific court ordered prohibition is in place, this kind of information can be very useful and beneficial to probation and parole agents and IS readily available to them...
