Yes, when you turn 18, you can legally drive other people, provided you have a valid driver's license. The specific regulations may vary by state or country, but generally, reaching the age of 18 allows you to drive without restrictions that apply to younger drivers. Always ensure that you follow local laws regarding passenger limits and safety regulations.
By the way this is California state law. It states,"Once you receive your license you have to wait a year(or until you turn 18) to drive 11PM-5AM/drive minors with out a 25 aged licensed driver." The "or until you turn 18" is the same as waiting a year. So if you have your license, and you're 18, you can drive between 11PM-5AM and the best part, driving around other people under 20 aka friends/family/minors.
Approximately 4,043,978 people turn 18 each year. Many of these teens are in the US. In contrast, 7,100 people in the US turn 65 each year.
The right to vote, to drive alone
Approximately 80 million people worldwide turn 18 each year.

According to the US Census, in 2006 24.6% of the US population was under 18. Since most of these people do not drive, the percent of people who drive must be lower than 75%. Assuming 17% of people under 18 drive, the percentage of people who drive a car in the US is 61%.

personally i feel that people under 18 should not be allowed to drive. there are numerouse deaths from teenage drivers from texting or maybe drunk or they are just not experienced. if we have people under 18 drive, we could be in risk of not only their life, but yours as well
If you have a Utah driving permit you can drive with people under 18 in back seat of the car, but you must have someone 18 or older in the front passenger seat.
