When your on house arrest can you smoke weed?

No you cannot, they treat it as if you are in jail and you wouldnt be allowed to smoke there either. I think its crap but that's how it works. They will deny you your mediciation if its not on their list of approved ones. Sounds more like a health lawsuit that you should be putting against them. A doctor has prescribed something for your health. No judge can go against that. So whats the answer? You should be allowed to have edibles. they do not go against the califorina law against smoking in buildings, which is the only reason you are not allowed to smoke in jail. If they do not allow edibles, sue them for endangering your health by not following a doctors orders. One day people will take the uses of marijuana seriously. just because its loved as a party drug doesnt take away from its medical uses. Why is it used as a party drug? because it can numb your pain, like alcohol or vicoden. Which proves it has great medical uses. The government wont allow that though since we all know how to grow it. not until they can control it and take in most of the money from it. Sorry i had to rant, i hate how they give marijuana patients trouble.

Yes only if you dont get random drug tests or you don't have an officer that comes and checcs up on you.
