It actually varies, depending on the standard and power of the gang.

SOme hang out at graveyards...just plain sight, yet hardly visited by public and authority figures, other's appeal to ditches...or even behind school lots. Anything open, where business could easily be done.

By looking at the dress sense and the way they hang around with others.

Gang members are dangerous animals, predestined to violance and ignorance. They can be identified by unusual and generally crudely made tattoos in all black ink of circles, numbers, letters, calligraphy, religious theme, teardrops, or simple symbols. They usually exhibit coordinated clothing but have beek known to hide it around police or other gang presence. They almost always have an ape like appearance and conduct. Older gang members in their late teens-20s do not have jobs and are typically not intelligent or westernised enough to use electroinc entertainment so they tend to stand around in poor neighborhoods during normal working hours getting rich while trying to weaken the local economy by selling drugs and vandalizing property of the public which they dispise for our freedom and that we are genetically superior. Contrary to soft and gentle belief, gang members are practicaly impossible to civilize and are better off dead.
