The county number sticker goes in the lower left corner. The expiration year and month sticker is placed in the lower right hand corner.
Where the old ones went...
The registration sticker goes only on the back Ohio state license plate. The front plate has no sticker. The new sticker should be placed directly over the last sticker in the lower right corner.
Obtain a car and license first. Then go to your local DMV with the proper papers, fill out an application and pay the fees then you will have your plates!!
To get temporary license plates you must go to your local department of motor vehicles and apply for one. They are usually good for thirty days and then you must get a permanent one.

If you do have a license I hope you are a driver registered to the drive Ohio. If you only have a ID you will need to go to Ohio very so fast and then you will just be there!

In some countries the sticker is large enough to go on the windscreen where it can easiely be seen but does not obscure the drivers vision of the road. In the US the sticker apparently goes on the rear licence plate on the top left hand side were the raised square isAdded: (in the US) states that issue two license plates will also issue two yearly registration stickers. One sticker will go on each plate.
To sell a car with personalized license plates, you should first remove the plates and replace them with standard ones. Then, advertise the car for sale, mentioning that the personalized plates are not included. Once you find a buyer, you can transfer the plates separately or keep them for yourself.
