The best place to start would probably be the County Courthouse in the county where he resided at the time of his death. In all likelihood his will would have been probated in that court and if so it will be on file. Go to the Clerk of the Court's office and come equipped with his full name and, hopefully, the date of his death. the will, will be a matter of public record so you should have no problem viewing it, or even making a copy of it.
