As Bank guarantees "BGs" are issued in favour of a buyer ,manufacture , a master in a contracting agreement and other forms of transactions on agreed issue and expiry dates for an agreed period, Said BGs is to be in full force during the agreed validity period of the BG but would not be valid after the expiry date.
