There are some titles you do not want your hometown to be labeled with. One of which is the city that has had the most mayors serve jail time. That is a title currently held by Camden, New Jersey.
If you are "well-behaved" in prison, then most people are eligible for parole in 75% of the jail time, so it would be 13 and a half months.
Statistically (or should I say "Stir-tistically) the average stay in jail is 30 to 45 days. That doesn't necessarily mean that YOU will stay in jail that length of time, of course.
There are Mayors in England but they have very few duties. The most famous (or infamous) Mayor in England is the Mayor of London, Boris Johnson.
There is no set jail time for specific offenses. In most states, a second DUI is a misdemeanor and punishable by up to one year in confinement.
This depends on the state where the driving offense occured and what offense was commited. After your second driving offense of driving after revocation, you would most likely serve jail time.
For the most part that is at the City level, although some counties have Mayors.
Rank is a vague word. In most cases senator is "ranked" higher than mayor. I'm going to assume you mean by who has more power and influence. If that is the question, then for mayors it really depends on what city, but in most cases, I'd say the senator is ranked higher. There are only 2 per state, whereas there are hundreds of cities per state with mayors (under population 5000 places are not allowed to have mayors). Mayors also work closely with the city council and don't really make all the decisions. A senator of even sparsely populated states carry a vote in congress and directly contributes to passing laws. Senators work in the white house impacting the country as a whole, whereas mayors can only make local decisions particular to that city. That said, mayor of new york city is still relatively powerful and influential.
That will depend on the office in question. Most political terms have a maximum of 5 years, as is the case for people elected Ireland's parliament. People can then be re-elected and serve for many years. The president has a 7 year term and can serve for only 2 terms. Lord Mayors in Ireland generally serve a 1 year term.
No, a village doesn't exactly have government..the most it might have is a mayor. Citys have mayors too, but citys are far larger than villages.

Generally speaking, most large US cities, whether labeled as "high crime cities" or not, are normally Democrat Party strongholds. Exceptions for many recent years was New York City, which had a series of Republican Party mayors. The city now has a new Democrat Party mayor. To the surprise of many observers, the more conservative NYC mayors, seemed to have had a strong hand in keeping crime in the City to lower levels than expected. It must be remembered that the use of the term "conservative" is a relative term when dealing with large populated US cities. So-called "conservative" mayors, whether Republican or Democrat, must deal with city issues in a manner not all people outside of big cities would consider "conservative".
