The Department of Justice is the Executive Department primarily responsible for enforcing Federal Law. Many other departments enforce their own regulations.

In the United States, this branch is headed by the President, who is responsible for implementing and enforcing federal laws. The executive branch includes agencies such as the Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and the Department of Homeland Security, which are tasked with upholding and enforcing laws at the federal level.
The president is responsible for enforcing all federal laws. The Department of Justice and the Treasury Department are his responsibility and include agencies devoted to law enforcement, such as the FBI and the Secret Service. Some more specific area of law enforcement are in drug violations, counterfeiting money and restrictions on radio and television broadcasting.
