The charter outlines fundamental rights and freedoms and how they should be protected by the government. It impacts my life by ensuring that I have certain rights, such as freedom of expression, equality, and protection from discrimination. It provides a legal framework that shapes how laws are created and interpreted to safeguard these rights.
The constitution.
According to the Declaration of Independence, the government should protect the rights the people have been given. Should the government fail in this fundamental duty, the people have the right to overthrow the government.
what is "importance" of these? It helps society understand what is most important, and set their actions or laws in accordace with those "fundamentals." There is an old saying about "you cannot get there, if you don't know where you're going." We must always protect our fundamental rights. If not, we no longer have the values and goals OF our our ancestors. We become a "different" people, perhaps much less good, when we do not defend things like freedom and liberty FOR ALL.
If not then what? Then its no more democracy is fasism.

A father does not relinquish his parental rights when an Order of Protection is issued. The Order of Protection only limitshis rights for the term of the Order. The rights that a father has during the term of the Order should be stated in the Order. Usually, the Order will either deny him access to his child(ren) or require supervised visitation. He will also very likely have to continue paying child support that he is otherwise obligated to pay.Because laws vary by state, you should confer with an attorney in your area.
