TD Auto Finance took over liens for Daimler Chrysler. Their number is 800-200-1513, Custmer Service is 800-556-8172. If the lien was already released and you just need a copy of it, they will probably refer you (like they did me) to "MyTitleSupport.com" and you can order it online or contact them at 866-730-7808. Hope this helps... seems many people are having issues like I did.
Contact the institution that has the lien on the vehicle. Only they can release the lien once you have made all the payments.
To obtain a lien release for your property, you need to contact the entity that placed the lien on your property and request a release once the lien has been paid off. This typically involves submitting a formal request and providing proof of payment.
Contact the finance company and get a lien release from them. With that lien release you can have them removed from the title. You cannot get the lien release unless you have paid the loan off in full.
You need to contact the lender and request that a duplicate release be sent to you.
To obtain lien paperwork for a car, you typically need to contact the lender who holds the lien on the vehicle. They will provide you with the necessary paperwork to release the lien once the loan is paid off.
Contact the vender and if the lien has been paid make certain a proper release is recorded in the land records.
Pay off the debt (including all accrued interest) associated with the lien, at which point the lien holder will send the release papers. If they don't send these papers, contact them. This applies to any lien: car, house, land, etc.
Contact whoever has the lien and talk to them.
To obtain a lien letter for a car, you need to contact the lender who holds the lien on the vehicle. Request a lien release letter from them, which confirms that the loan has been paid off and the lien has been removed. This letter is important for transferring ownership of the car.
You need to contact the lien holder and ask for the payoff amount. When you hand the payoff over to the lien holder (in the form of a check of which you have retained a copy) you should obtain a valid release that can be recorded in the land records. You may need legal advice on what constitutes a valid release depending on the type of lien.

A transfer of lien assigns the lien claimant's position in the lien to another party. A release of lien discharges the lien and makes it not appear on a title policy issued for the property.
