The right, the absolute right to worship freely and exercise religion freely is a legal question where the final authority of God can not be relied upon in order to establish sound legal interpretation. Because God does not send us stone tablets that state the law as he did Moses, it is up to humanity to discover the laws that govern us. It is important to understand that laws, real Laws that have existed since time immemorial and are as valid today as they were thousands of years ago were not made but discovered by those looking for justice, fighting for freedom and forming more perfect unions. These laws were then in one form or another codified into statutes and written laws that have become a part of the common law used by many countries across the world and referred to in the Constitution of the United States of America.

Common Law is what facilitated the discovery that natural rights is the Law by which we govern or should govern ourselves. There are still many governments that operate on either the doctrine of divine right, or the "will of the people" but these are governments that make laws and ignore what has been discovered. Laws can not be made, and many of the statutes, codes and regulations that stand today in various countries are better viewed as theories or hypothesis than actual law. Gravity does not exist because Sir Isaac newton was the final authority and he said that gravity was in play so now we have gravity. Newton discovered the Law that described gravity.

The argument that the laws of science are different than the laws of governments is a fallacious one and the whole question of making laws versus discovering laws has become so muddied, so confused that not only do governments make laws to govern people, now scientists are making laws instead of discovering them. Instead of disproving theories as was once done in science, today we have scientists who spend their days proving their theory, and if the theory is politically viable then the theory will be accepted as law immediately and any one who questions the validity of the theory will be censored, labeled a dissident and ostracized by the scientific community. Subsequently, Corporate medicine has profited greatly from a health paradigm that focuses on synthetic drugs that handle symptoms and health care has become the process of treating symptoms and diseases that arise because of our ineffective health care. Psychiatrists have changed their theories like people change clothes and each time using the patient as the test model to work out their theories presented as scientific expertise. There is an ever growing cancer industry that operates on models and theories that have failed the patients and enriched the medical professionals, that same paradigm was adopted for AIDS and now the United States spends much of its politics debating health care in terms of insurance schemes operating on the assumption that the only way to better improve the health of an individual is to include insurance companies in on the profiting of death. This is what happens when the Law is ignored in favor of wishful thinking. The world goes mad. The insanity that pervades the scientific community is even more rampant in the governments across the worlds, including and maybe even especially the United States of America. America began ignoring the Law and making new laws years ago, and what was once a bright and shining beacon of sound legal reasoning and obvious success at self government is now a modern day empire where the President of the United States is the most powerful man in the free world, arguably the world and the military involvement in the countries of others is so ridiculously spread out, so ignorantly planned and so close to criminal, if not long past criminal, it boggles the mind. The absence of justice has left this once great country to flounder in a world of lawlessness where governments conspire to impede the rights of the people and the people conspire to go along to get along and break the stupid laws when nobodies looking. Laws that are made, rather than discovered, create black markets, organized crime and even more corrupt politicians than those who stay with in the bounds of their legal jurisdiction. The laws that are made are written in an Alice in Wonderland type cadence where each word used requires specific definition, and each definition given gives need for new definitions and once every thing has been defined the poor hapless person who dares to read and understand the law discovers the circumlocutory nature of the law and shrugs his shoulders and turns to the reviled lawyers who conspired to invent these laws, then craft these laws, so that now only they can argue and interpret these laws. In the modern world, understanding the law requires legal expertise because we have all ignored what has been discovered and foolishly went into agreement with inventing laws.

What has been discovered is this: We the people, who came before the governments we attempted to form in more perfect ways, are the original holders of the political power and all governmental power flows from the people directly. The people must be understood to be each individual, and people in the context of groups is subject to the individual. Individuals preexist groups, and the people preexist governments. The people choose to form more perfect unions because they are endowed with certain rights, amongst those rights are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. These governments are formed to better protect the rights of the people. The best way to ensure the governments protect the rights of individuals rather than impede those rights is to form a system of self governance where the actual administrative business of government is kept to an absolute minimum.

The laws that are enforced are those laws that are recognized as law in the sense that justice can prevail. Lawlessness is the absence of justice. Justice is the actions committed in accordance to the Law. Murder is wrong because it abrogates and derogates the rights of the person that was murdered. Theft is wrong because it abrogates and derogates the rights of the person who was robbed or burglarized. This is how we know it is law, because no matter who commits the act, no matter where the act has been committed, the action itself was an abrogation and derogation of somebody's rights or the rights of many and as such against the Law. This is Law as understood as the negative. The fairy tales that are modern day laws are technically known as positive laws. The most obvious characteristic of negative law is that it seeks to redress wrongs committed to individuals. The most obvious characteristic of positive law is it seeks to redress the wrongs not yet committed. In attempting such a mystical feat many positive laws wind up in the courts and being challenged and a demand of the court is made to honor the negative law over the positive law. The recent Supreme Court ruling that struck down Washington D.C.'s gun law is an example. The gun laws were positive law and the Court was asked to apply negative law as the legal principle by which to rule. By a narrow margin, the Court conceded to negative law and common law.

Who has the final authority? For those who believe in God, it is undeniably God. Even so, here on Earth in terms of Governments, that authority has been delegated by our Creator to the people. The people are the final authority and when they are in accordance with the law, this is good and just. When the people all have become outlaws, this is problematic and lawlessness prevails. To this I agree, but surely logical order by definition: Truth; followed by human points of view: belief; theory; opinion; conjecture; assumption; presumption. The last seven, in any order one wants to put them. Through man's lack of wisdom in the area of Causation; the government allows the blasphemy of Darwinism, be taught in schools, as truths!

The Christians failed to recognize paedophile priests as corrupt fruit. However evolution of language removes the necessity. For the creator has given man a new sound to identify "False Prophets"with!
