Judicial on the state level
That would be the Judiciary (The Courts) at both a state and federal level.
The executive branch of government is responsible for enforcing laws. This branch is led by the President at the federal level, along with governors at the state level, and includes various agencies and departments tasked with implementing and administering laws. The executive branch ensures that laws passed by the legislative branch are executed and upheld.
At the state level, the executive branch is headed by the governor. The governor is elected by the citizens of the state and is responsible for implementing and enforcing state laws, managing the state budget, and overseeing state agencies and departments.
