The police may have turned on their lights to get your attention or signal you to pull over, but they did not actually pull you over for a specific reason. It could be a warning or a precautionary measure.

Not immediatley, but pull over and turn on your hazard lights. Then turn off the ignition.
Not using a turn signal is considered an unsafe lane change or an unsafe turn which both are against the law.
the multifunction switch... ( turn signal) twist it to turn on the lights and once the lights are on pull it towards the door to turn the fog lights on
It is supposed to be turned on as soon as they activate the lights to pull you over. Most are automatically activated when the car stops or the lights are turned on.
I believe you turn on your low beam headlights and then pull out on the selector switch to turn on the fog lights and then push it in to shut the fog lights off

You should turn the lights on, (should be a nob thing that you turn) just give it a pull and it should slide bank and your spots should be on. One more light pull the fog light will go on.
