Someone may want to sue their parents for reasons such as abuse, neglect, financial exploitation, or inheritance disputes.
No you can't. You can sue the parents though.
No. To sue someone you have to have some 'loss' that can be fixed. This sounds like a children's argument. Have your parents contact their parents and see if the adults can solve this. If you want to involve an attorney, get one to prepare a no contact order.
Your parents would have to sue on your behalf in most cases.
Generally, no, but their parents or guardian (if the parents refuse) can do it for them.
Some would sue someone else if there was a wrong or harm done to them and they wanted to get back their damages in some form. For example, if someone smashed a man's car, he might sue them for the money needed to repair his car.
On what grounds. Not in my case as it was unjust. You need to give a reason why you want to sue.
You want money because someone is abusing their child? I don't believe you would have standing (a legal right) to sue since you are not a party.
You can sue someone whenever you want. You must however remember that suing someone does not necessarily equate to winning the court case (or compensation).
If they gave it to you, what would you sue them for? If they sold it to you, you can ask for your money back.
Beat the heck out of the kid or sue the school
Despite how tempting and rewarding it might be, you cannot sue a site for having bad answers. Even if you could sue them, you'd likely have the wrong defendants. If you want to sue someone, try suing the parents and teachers of the contributors. You might even try to sue the doctors who delivered the vandals and trolls into the world. However, you likely won't have any standing in court.
No WAY! Unless you want to,so... Yes.
