5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th
These amendments, among other things, guarantee a grand jury, right to a jury trial, protection from illegal search and seizure and right to effective assistance of counsel. Essentially, since these Amendments did not apply to the States until after 1868 when the XIV Amendment was passed, they limit Federal and Judicial Powers.
