Keep in mind that all of these methods have the risk of killing the wrong person, as they are not reversible.

Hanging

If the rope is too long, the victim will be decapitated. If it is too short, the rope won't snap their neck, and they will asphyxiate.

Lethal Injection

The IV lines can pop out spraying chemicals all over the room.

Beheading

It may take more than one blow/chop to remove the victims head.

Gas Chamber

The chamber can leak, posing a threat to the witnesses/prison personnel.

Electric Chair

The victim may smoke, catch fire, or have body parts (mainly eyeballs) explode. It may also take more than one shock to kill them.
