Well this is an interesting question, since humans have not actually meet any aliens yet. However we can speculate that Aliens hate people because people are afraid of Aliens. If you watch movies based on the Alien theme it is very rare that the Aliens are good. Therefore people think Aliens will hate and kill humans simply because movies have influenced us.
