Not all states require formal training to get a beauty liscense. However, there are a number of states that do require it.
Some states require a liscense plate on the front and the rear of automobiles. Consult your local laws regarding this.
Though all states do not require continuing education classes, the ones that do have similar requirements for Land Surveyors. The classes serve to remind licensed surveyors of the basics as well as make them aware of any new knowledge, specializations and techniques. You can find out more by going to the National Society of Professional Surveyors at http://www.nspsmo.org/
In MOST states, the answer is YES. A few states require a liscense.
Yes, in order to sell investments, a liscense is needed. In order to determine the liscense needed, one must know the facts. The type of investments sold and how payment is made plays a big part in this.
Many states do not even require a "drivers education course" The only requirement to get your liscense is to pass the test at the DMV. As for insurance, they do not even ask these questions. The only thing that makes a difference to them is how long you have been a liscend driver. Longer time having your liscense=lower premium usually.
I would check with the Ohio DNR to make sure. Lots of Myths exist about liscense and hunting land you own. Most states have gone to a "Residency" Clause. Only if you actually live on the land and it is your primary residence. Some States allow family of the resident landowner to hunt without a liscense. States have done this to prevent out of state Hunt Clubs form allowing members to hunt without the usually expensive "out of State Liscense". Hunting Liscense's are realitively inexpensive and the money goes to protect the sport. Thay are a good investment in the future of hunting.

All the states in the United States honor a driver's liscense from another state. So yes you may drive in Indiana on a valid Colorado permit. States do not necessarily honor learners permits and your Colorado liscense must be in good standing as states share information about moving violations and the number of points on a permit.
It is the liscense to cook professionally and so you have a liscense like a car you can only really legally drive a car if u have a liscense.
They do not require a liscense from the state. They do recieve extensive training from the company they work for.
