No. Yes he is, Marth is much faster than link and have not only a better recovery ,but have the ability to counter which is almost instant. Making him only weak to attacks during when his lg time which even there is very short for most of his attacks. The only advantage Link has over Marth is his projectiles which can keep marth at bay though it would be hard because of his fast running speed. It's a matter of opinion
