don't listen to anyone i have the same phone and its only turned off once until i tried turning it off every night/second night and so it worked so all u hav to do is turn it off evry night or two and it worx!!!!! my frends used to turn off every day, TWICE and wen she tried this it hasn't turned off since cuz this phone needs its rest :) so try it and trust me :) don't waste money getting it fixed :)
