There could be several reasons. If you don't know why your licence is suspended, I would venture to say that you most likely forgot to or refused to pay some sort of traffic related fine for a citation you were issued in the state of Florida. You would need to contact the Florida Division of Motor Vehicles to find out the details regarding your situation.
Additional: Also, in the state of FL, the vehicle registration files and the drivers license files are linked. In FL, insurance companies are required to report your insurance status to the state. If your insurance company notifies the state that you did not renew your vehicles insurance coverage, the system automatically suspends your drivers license.
No
I take it your license has been suspended in Florida. I would say if you had your license suspened for what ever reason, even if you could get one in LA, it's only a matter of time before it happens again.
No. A suspended license is suspended in the whole of the US.
You should be able to get an ID card with the right items. In some places an expired license would be one type of ID that would be accepted.
No, it'll still be suspended.
No
In Florida, riding a 49cc moped generally requires a valid driver's license or a motorcycle endorsement. If your license is suspended, you are not legally allowed to operate any motor vehicle, including a moped. Doing so could lead to additional legal consequences. Always check local laws for the most current regulations.
I'm not entirely sure but it will probably have a small affect on your FL license if you're known to have been caught driving suspended and with no license! For future information - don't do it again!!!
If your driving privileges had been suspended in FL it is surprising that you managed to get a NC license. HOWEVER, since you managed to get one, if you are stopped in FL you will still be charged with a violation, regardless of whether or not you have a valid NC license.
I do not know PA laws but here in FL if your license is suspended then it holds true for any vehicle, and not having a valid motorcycle license is going to add to the charges.

Yes. That's private property.
