What's your question? If it's the meaning of the phrase "You can't judge a book by its cover" then I have an answer:

The phrase "you can't judge a book by its cover" means that you can't judge anything by just looking at it. For example, you can't dislike a book by only looking at its cover and not even knowing what it's about or if it's a good book or not.

I might add, this phase covers many areas to include the judgment of people, situations, and events that occur. No one sees reality in its most perfect and purist form. We tend to interpret what we see, hear, read, and we call that reality, and it could be the farthest thing from the truth. It's a matter of perception. Perceptions can be correct and on target, or incorrect and off target. It's just a perception. Thus, never judge until you have acquired all the facts, which then gives you the opportunity to make an educated judgment based of those facts.
