No. In some states they may enforce retroactive support or support for while the "child" attends a 4 year university. Retroactive support is generally only backdated 2 years from notice.

NO THIS IS NOT LEGAL. The mother is suppose to report that to the child support agency. Whenever the child moves out of the home and into another, it needs to be reported. And because the child is living with the boyfriend, the circumstance is even that much more difficult. In this case, i would clasify the girl as being emancipated.
