I'm sure you can't I might be wrong but I'm sure I'm not.
Added: There is no indication of where this question originated from, but in the US, you cannot. The public roadways are owned by ALL the taxpayers, not by just the people whose residences front on them. You cannot "rent" a piece of public property/roadway.
Contact your local parking enforcement. If it is a public street, there is little else you can do.
Parking
30th Street Station Parking can be found in the Amtrak parking structure, directly adjacent to The Cira Centre (and to 30th Street Station). To get to the parking structure, turn right into the driveway of The Cira Centre at 2929 Arch Street and follow the signs straight into the parking garage. The Cira Centre is connected directly to the parking structure via bridge from the third level of the parking structure, which will take you immediately to the front doors of The Hub Cira Centre, located on the right hand side upon passing through the doors into the Cira Centre mezzanine. The current cost for parking is $12 for the first 1/2 hour and $17 for the day. These prices may change without notice and Amtrak offers no discounts for this parking structure. There are parking meters located at Amtrak 30th Street Station that run $2/hr and accept only quarters. There is a change machine located just inside the doors at the south side of the station. We recommend that you go into 30th Street Station and access The Cira Centre via the skybridge to avoid crossing the busy street between the station and The Cira Centre. The Hub Cira Centre is located just off of that skybridge as you walk towards the parking structure. No parking signs typically extend for the entire length of the street where they are posted.
For on street parking one would have to opt for angled parking as the easiest to perform.

The Brookline/Maitland parking lot is the parking lot lot directly across the street from Fenway park. It is across from gate A. Sort of the main entrance to fenway located on the corner of Brookline and Yawkey Way. It is the parking lot on the back side of the one off of Brookline Ave. Maitland is a tiny dead end street that is most easily acessed off of Beacon Street. Geoff Gorman is the most amazing person I know. GO RED SOX!!!
No it just means no parking in a certain area.
There really isn't any parking at all at the Central Park Conservatory. The Central Park Conservatory is a part of Central Park, and Central Park is surrounded by city streets. It doesn't have a parking lot or anything like that. If you can find a parking space, then you can park on the street outside the entrance to the Conservatory (which would be 5th Avenue at 105th Street), but there is no reserved parking for people going to the Conservatory. I was able to find a list of parking garages around Central Park, but most of them are relatively far away. The closest one I could find was on 94th Street between 3rd and 2nd Avenues. That is about a mile away from the entrance to the Conservatory. See the Related Links below for more information. The first link shows you a picture of Vanderbilt Gate, which is the only street entrance to the Central Park Conservatory. As you can see, you enter directly off the street. The second link is from the Central Park website. It describes the Conservatory Garden, and if you click the little button on top that says "Map It," it will show you where the Conservatory is in the park. The third link is to the list of parking garages, just in case you want to use one of them.
