Certainly, if a child knows how to kill and commit crimes by 10 years old they should. There were two 14 year old kids who attacked a woman in her car, one held her and threatened her with a knife, while the other drove to a nearby woods, they both raped her and finally smashed her head with a rock; which caused her death. If a 14 year old child can do all those things, yeah they should also face prison.

This all depends on the individual in question as well as the laws of the state or country. If the person is young, perhaps around 14 or so, he/she would get sent to a Juvenile Detention Center or be placed on Probation for a certain period of time.
