Can I go to jail or prison for this I need help! Please read my question?
Hello, last night I had a really bad day. I had a birthday party and of course I invited my girlfriend like everytime. She also have a little brother who is 9 years old. She took her little brother to my home where the party was because she didn't wanted to leave him home alone. When she came, we drank a little and smoked. Her little brother was playing with his phone and ignored us. As the time passed, I was so drunk that I just went in my room and fell asleep. (While I was asleep she brought her brother in my room without any clothes on because he was tired and he had bedtime.) After I woke up in my dark room, my d*** was already erected and ready for a good s** with my girlfriend. The problem was, my GF was in the kitchen still drinking champagne and I didn't really saw who slept next to me because it was so dark. And I just stuck my d*** in without knowing who it really was, it took me 10 minutes until I realized that it was her little brother that I was fcking. He cried afterwards and I felt so sorry for him. That literally broke my heart. Fortunately, his anus was not damaged but torn open. My GF ran into my room immediately when she heard him crying and called the ambulance. The ambulance called the police later on. The police took me to their station, and I was there for a whole day. They said I am in a big trouble now, even though it was an accident. They also said that I need to go back in a week. Can someone explain me what could happen to me because I am not ready for jail or prison. And for the racist people out there, yes she was white skinned also her brother. They're americans afterall but not afro americans. I'm 22 years old and I think I could sit in prison for a long time. My GF might also lose her brother aswell. I live in NYC and I know they aren't playing here. Can someone give me answers because I feel like I just wanna kill myself right know. What could happen to me in worst-case?
