Technically, any charge can be expunged from your record, but it is seldom done. It requires getting an attorney to represent you and making a showing of why the charge should be expunged (something like "it hurts my chances of getting a good job" isn't going to cut it). You must also generally have a substantial amount of time (several years) since the conviction, during which you have lived a model, crime-free life. If you mess up in any way, the court will likely decline the petition.
