most do under their uniforms
Yes, police in some regions and during certain events have worn white boiler suits, particularly in situations involving crowd control, protests, or large public gatherings. The white suits can help identify officers clearly among the crowd and are often used in conjunction with protective gear. However, this practice is not universal and varies by location and specific circumstances.
The term bomb squad basically means a team of people ( Normally soldiers or police officers) who use advanced equipment ( Such as bomb disarming robots or Blast suits) to dispose of bombs and other explosives.

In the U.S., police officers benefit from qualified immunity if their actions in the course of their public employment are objectively reasonable to an officer with the same or similar training and experience. Qualified immunity protects an officer's personal assets. Qualified immunity does not protect the public agency that employs the officer. Without such an immunity, police officers would be constantly defending themselves and their personal assets from civil actions (many of them frivolous) brought by arrested individuals, their families, and activist groups who seek to discourage law enforcement officials from performing their duties. Qualified immunity is not automatic. If an officer acts in a way that is not objectively reasonable, s/he is still subject to civil suits.
federal law suits against police for violations/us code
From: katanatac- The answer is no. Unless the Officer's Agency has entered into a "mutual aid" agreement. An example of this would be a Campus Police Agency and the City Police Agency signing an agreement which then would allow the Campus Police to have the same jurisdiction as the City Police. However, most of the Campus Police Chiefs would only want their Officers to enforce State or Local law off of the Campus in only the most extreme cases because of legal problems that could arise (law suits!!) Hope this helps.
If you've seen the film, then they are those guys in the white suits with helmets. Kind of like police, but in white suits instead of blue
I don't think they can, even if they are law enforcements, it would be wrong for a Police officer to do that.
Yes, police officers can violate an individual's rights, and in some cases, they may not face immediate consequences. Factors such as qualified immunity can protect officers from liability in civil suits when acting in their official capacity. However, instances of misconduct can lead to disciplinary action, public outcry, and legal challenges, depending on the circumstances and available evidence. Ultimately, accountability varies by jurisdiction and the specific details of each case.
