In Ventura County, California, if sentenced to 210 days, an inmate typically serves about half of the time due to good behavior credits, which may vary based on the specifics of the case and other factors. This means the individual could serve approximately 105 days in custody. However, the actual time served can be influenced by various factors, including any additional charges or programs the inmate may participate in during their sentence. Always consult with a legal professional for precise information.
You've been sentenced to serve 5 months in the county jail - which will be reduced by the 36 days you spent awaiting trial and have already served. Additionally, your sentence will be further reduced by whatever credit the jaial administration gives for your "good behavior" while incarcerated. Whatever "good time" that may be will be governed by the practices of your local jurisdiction.

You need to go to the county clerks office and ask for an Inmate Marriage packet. You complete the packet turn it in and in a couple of days someone takes the packet to the inmate and he completes it also. Some one calls you from the clerks office to arrange a date and time. Then you go in to the visiting area and get married. No touching nothing just on the phone sort of sad but it is what it is

In Illinois, if you're sentenced to 30 days in jail, you may serve only about 15 days if you are eligible for good time credit, which allows for a reduction of time served for good behavior. However, this can vary based on the specific circumstances of the case, the judge's ruling, or if there are additional factors such as overcrowding or jail policies. Always consult with a legal professional for accurate information regarding individual cases.
