i might add. i currently have a m1 for drug abuse. i moved from Ohio to Tennessee a cop ran my name because my cousin was caught with a methlab and i was staying in the back room and they asked me about my warrant and pretty much told me to have a nice day Fresh start but some states do take Ur license you will be needed to switch it over to the new states id ASAP to cancel out there jurisdiction's

You can not get a license if you have a warrant in another state. Most states communicate with each other's DMV's. In most states your license could be suspended if you have a warrant in another state.
