I'm Chinese, but I'm raised here, and they DO NOT wear aeropostale and Hollister. That's what I wear. Some Chinese schools rewuire a uniform...a not very attractive uniform... (trust me, I visited last year) in China, fashion is not what kids care about the most, grades are so...nothing 2 fancy or cool, something their mom picked out 4 them or tshirts w/ weird English on them...im not trying 2 sound racist here, cuz im Chinese, but im just saying their fashion sense...yah
Yes, children in China wear uniforms for school. Each student is given a few variations for different seasons/weather. For warmer weather the same short sleeved shirts are usually worn by girls and boys. The boys will wear shorts while the girls are in skirts that are usually around knee length. For winter or colder days, they wear long pants, long sleeved shirts. Some schools have longer ankle length skirts for girls. Also, some schools will also include a jacket or sweater. The colors depend on the schools but are usually a bright color for summer and a more subdued shade of the same color for winter. All shirts/jackets/sweaters will have the school name or emblem on them. These uniforms would be purchased at the schools they attend. However, they will also have to supply their own black shoes and white socks.
Not all children. Only children who go to schools that support a uniform policy have to wear a school uniform, like mine.
