That's more a problem that's determined by the individual or group that is targeting the victim. It's not gender specific, it would have to be targeted toward the specific gender. But since woman and men are different there will never be gender inequality in the workplace. Woman are more empathetic than men so they will be more prevalent in field where that is a useful trait. Also it would be bad to push gender inequality on businesses, for example there are far more men in engineering than there are women. If they tried to equal out the number of men and woman hired in that field for a company there would be far less qualified people to choose from. Some men are more qualified in certain areas and some woman are more qualified than men in others. There are far fewer woman in politics than men because woman are more agreeable than men by nature so it's not a particularly good field for woman. But there are far more woman than men in nursing. There are a lot more variables than just gender when it comes to the workplace. Ya some will base there decisions based on gender but it's far less common than it's being portrayed to be. They want to keep us distracted and divided from one another and it's working just the way they want it.
