Physically, if you can see, you can physically look forward. However, if you physically can see, it does not necessarily mean you have a mind, therefore mentally you may not be able to look ahead. On the other hand, if you are blind physically, there is no way to see ahead in a physical sense. This does not mean you can not mentally see or look forward.
