BUD' ZDOROV! It means something like "Be happy!" or closer "Be healthy!" You can say it as a toast or instead of greeting or saying "Bye!"

L'chaim (in Hebrew) literally means "to life." This is not correct. The Russian equivalent of L'chaim is На здоровье! - Na zdorovye! [na-zdo-RO-vye] which means "To your health!" or "Your health!" Bud' zdorov! is said to someone who has just sneezed and indeed means "Be healthy!"
