well, you don't. Only a deaf person can give you your sign name. My name is Elizabeth so mine would be something like the sign letter Y, and doing the sign for long hair since I have long blonde hair. You could learn how to finger spell you name which is super easy. So, you don't het your name, a deaf person has to give it to you. just like your name, your sign name means something too. :)
