1. gesture to yourself
2. make a 'cup' with one hand, and tuck the other hand into it
3. make a flat hand and a (old camera) cranking motion with the other
4. point the index fingers up and circle them towards you
5. make 2 L hands, and wave them away (apart) from each other.
