Sick isn't a verb but an adjective. Therefore there is no past tense of sick. However, you can simply say "was sick"

you say C'etait Bon, It was good in English using the imperfect tense of etre to be,or you can say c'est bon ca. Imperfect means you were doing something or you use to do something. To those language pedants I know I have left out correct accents, but I only have an English Keyboard.
