a deaf person has to give you the sign for your name in sign language. lets say that you are crazy. (I'm just guessing here). so you would twirl you finger right next to your ear. but instead of your finger, you would make an M in sign language. which is hooking your first, middle, and ring finger over your thumb, and hooking your pinkie under your thumb. so you would have your m swirling around your ear. and it can be any characteristic, not just crazy. But its not official unless a deaf person gives it to you. (i am not deaf, so the example i gave you isn't official) ;)
