It's people all over the world reading a set paragraph that includes all the major vowels and vowel/consonant combos used in everyday speech. Listen to the sound bite carefully, and try to mimic those patterns, then try to apply them to whatever you want to say. I suggest using a specific phrase when you want to switch to an accent cold. (That is to say: from your own native accent, in the regular world) I personally use some thing like "In mother Russia..." It's cliched, but it works!
