"fácil" é a mesma coisa, a mesma entidade tanto para "palavra", como para "trabalho"
nos exemplos acima, ou seja, é fácil fazer alguma coisa tanto faz que o determinante seja masculino ou feminino. Se no lugar de "palavra fácil" eu escrever "a fácil palavra"
eu estarei determinando o gênero para "palavra", assim como "o fácil trabalho", é determinado por trabalho como sendo do gênero masculino.
