Não tem gênero. "a palavra fácil" , "o trabalho fácil" . O que o torna masculino ou feminino é o nome que o antecede, mas mesmo assim, não requer gênero porque

"fácil" é a mesma coisa, a mesma entidade tanto para "palavra", como para "trabalho"

nos exemplos acima, ou seja, é fácil fazer alguma coisa tanto faz que o determinante seja masculino ou feminino. Se no lugar de "palavra fácil" eu escrever "a fácil palavra"

eu estarei determinando o gênero para "palavra", assim como "o fácil trabalho", é determinado por trabalho como sendo do gênero masculino.
