To remove the rear headrests on a 2007 Ford Sport Trac Limited, first, locate the release button or lever on the side of each headrest post. Press the button or lift the lever while simultaneously pulling the headrest upward to disengage it. If the headrests do not come out easily, ensure that the release mechanism is fully pressed or lifted before attempting to pull them out. Once released, simply lift the headrests out of the seat.
