no. It's tengo la clase de matematicas. Las is plural, but clase is singular. there needs to be agreement. if you have more than one class, you would say yo tengo las clases... or if you have more than one math class, "yo tengo (number) clases de matematicas."
To say I have a sister and two brothers in Spanish, you would say: Tengo una hermana y dos hermanos
"¿Cuántas clases necesitas para los dos programas?" means "How many classes do you need for the two programs?"
