Do you mean the one word "bondhu," which is the Bengali word for "friend", or "bon dieu" which is French for "good God"?
Apparently the term 'Boyfriend' does not have an exact translation in Bengali apart from 'chele-bondhu' which is far from the true essence of the meaning in English. But there is a subtitute to it. In Bengali a 'male lover' is termed as 'Premik' and the female one as 'Premika'. So all the best! :)
