I think....a fist with both hands, keeping your thumbs on the outside and laying them flat. Hold your fists pressed together, with your thumbs on the top and pointing away from your body. Keeping them level, make a circular motion away from your body and then back around again with your fists together like this. I circle counter-clockwise, but I'm not 100% sure that this is correct. :)

To sign "done" in American Sign Language, make a flat hand and move it down your chest. Alternatively, you can sign "finished" by bringing your flat hands together with palms facing in and then turning them outward.
To sign WELCOME, use the B handshape with your dominant hand. Form a flat palm, fingers together and thumb folded in palm, facing upward away from your body (as if you're holding a plate).
