An embedded sentence is a sentence within a sentence. For example, "She said that she would come tomorrow" contains the embedded sentence "that she would come tomorrow." Another example is "I heard him say 'I love you,'" where "'I love you'" is the embedded sentence.
'Did she came...' is incorrect. 'Did she come...' is correct.
The missing punctuation mark is a period. The correct sentence should be: "Teacher said, 'Come follow me.'"
If you merely say just the one word "Hello" to your friend you are not even saying a sentence you are only using one word. If you said "Hello, Dolly, how are you? You are using a simplex sentence. If you said "Hello, Doll, I have not seen you in a long time and I was wondering how you were doing." That would be a compound sentence.
