swingers will be out in the fall in cold weather in erotic clothing. if u see one to tell if its a narc ask them if they will pose naked for you for pics and if they do u definitely are prostitute. if not narc

EDIT: As a swinger I'm not sure why the original answer talks about narcs; perhaps there are parts of the country where that's a problem, but not any place I've been.

There is no swinger symbol. Some people will wear the latin Mars or Venus (a.k.a. the male amd female symbols) in groups of three or four - symbolizing a three or four way. The same with M of F, as in MFMF meaning sex between two couples.

One site claims the their Chameleon jewlery holds meaning, but no one I've ever met has worn one. One group sells stuff with Love, Trust, Communication for local Swingers, and Love, Trust, Openness for swingers in an open marriage.

Unfortunately, none of these is a universial sign. The Mars / Venus signs, or MFMF, comes closest, but only if you don't mind shouting your lifestyle to the entire world - and since swingers prize privacy, you won't find many wearing it in public

What does it mean of you call someone vanilla?

Vanilla is what swingers call non-swingers. Especially their non-swinger friends. People are referred to as either being in the Lifestyle, or "vanilla." I.e. Yes we can meet you for drinks but we have to keep it clean. We will have a vanilla couple with us.
